This program is not intended for beginners. It includes more advanced exercises such as weighted dips, weighted pull ups and Muscle ups. If you are confident that you can start this program, the first thing you need to do is perform: 10+ pull-ups with 20 kg, 15+ dips on a bar with 30 kg. If you are unable to perform exercises with added weight, you may face difficulties in completing the workout.
